Customer Service Quality Advisor

Get Ready To:
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of the customer service interactions;
  • Deliver workshops to customer service teams on successes and areas of improvement;
  • Work closely with team managers and other stakeholders on various quality related projects;

  • Prepare and execute feedback sessions;

We Expect You To:
  • Have fluent English, both written and spoken (another language is a plus!);
  • Have previous experience in customer service (quality specialist or similar role is a plus!);
  • Have previous experience in taking or monitoring  calls;
  • Be able to express constructive written and verbal feedback;
  • Have perfect time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once;
  • Be self-reliant, excellent problem-solver, results-oriented, attentive to detail; 
  • Be a team player and possess great communication skills, both verbal and written; 
  • Have knowledge / interest in the health & wellness industry (it’s a plus!); 
  • Never kill the vibe.
