As Ad Ops - Data Management Support Specialist you will be working with one of the most trending online advertising component – DMP (Data Management Platform). You will support Adform’s clients and partners by troubleshooting data issues, setting up new accounts, assisting with reporting tools or user data imports and also facilitating integrations with other platforms. 

Your responsibilities

• Using e-mail (tickets) to interact with our clients: publishers, marketers, analysts, web developers and internal stakeholders
• Educating clients about the possibilities of Data Management Platform 
• Providing system feedback and suggestions about the possible improvements of the platform to relevant parties 
• Own every ticket that comes your way - investigate, troubleshoot and fix problems related to DMP platform 
• Assisting clients in creating, managing and organizing their data audiences 
• Delivering internal and external training about the platform on demand basis

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• You can explain complicated things in a simple manner

It would be an advantage if you:

• Have experience working with Customer Relationship Management systems or Customer Data Platforms
• Have a background in one of the following fields: Advertising, IT, Networks, DBMS, Programming
