Task information:
- Ensure efficient daily office operations, including tracking and ordering supplies.
- Organize company events, teambuilding activities, etc.
- Assist with tradeshow planning and travel arrangements.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
- Cooperate with health safety and fire safety partners and support implementations of local requirements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience (at least 6 months in an administrative role).
- Good English skills in writing and speaking.
- An engineering background or degree is advantageous.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proactive and confident, with a strong sense of ownership and quick adaptability to new technologies.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
