Task information:
- Identify and generate a database of potential customers through various channels such as networking events, referrals, online marketing, and cold calling;
- Conduct meetings with potential clients and create individual cooperation offers;
- Negotiate terms, prices, and services to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients;
- Maintain a well-organized circle of potential customers;
- Guide the potential client though the AML/KYC process and coordinate the service contract signing process;
- Work closely with the Accounting and T&L department to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to service delivery;
- Cooperate with sales managers from other regions throughout the Baltics.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a B2B business environment;
- Strong English and Lithuanian language skills, both oral and written;
- Other language skills are an asset;
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
- Experience of selling accounting, legal or similar services would be an advantage.
