As a Senior Data Analyst in Pricing department you will:

• Conduct analysis of the needs, dynamics and competitive environment of the markets of the Baltic and Finnish countries;
• Assist in implementing the company's pricing strategy in all countries of the company's operations;
• Develop the necessary pricing processes taking into account the company's processes, goals and competitive environment;
• Implement and further support the development of pricing tools;
• Collaborate with commercial department stakeholders to align reporting requirements and objectives;
• Develop and implement automated report generation processes to minimize manual effort.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analytics or similar field;
• Experience working with Google BigQuery/SQL skills;
• MS Excel skills (advanced user);
• Experience working with data analysis automation;
• Data alignment skills;
• Experience working with large databases;
• Market analysis and forecasting experience;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Critical "data-driven" mindset, self-demanding, problem-solving competencies.

Considered as an advantage:

• Experience working with Looker, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Qlik view analytical tools (at least one of them);
• Experience working with Big Data;
• Knowledge of product pricing and competition tactics;
• Experience in modeling and simulating potential indicators based on the available primary information and the desired change in them;
• Education in a STEM field, including mathematics, econometrics, statistics, and engineering.
