Task information:

Responsible for supporting, and delivering an exceptional guest service for our travelers on river ships in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Hands on mentality
• Eye for quality and excellence
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Two to four years work experience in hospitality in a 4 or 5 star hotel/resort, restaurant or passenger ship
• Good command of English
• Eligible to work in EU
