HEAD OF PHARMA SALES BALTICS
(CSL Behring products)

With the purpose of strengthening its sales force the company is looking for an active and ambitious sales leader who will hold responsibility for promoting and selling CSL Behring products in Lithuania and Estonia. Oribalt Group expects following activities:
  • managing a portfolio of products and take responsibility of sales results in the Baltic Market;
  • collaborate closely with product manufacturer (one of global biotechnology leader in its field), Oribalt local Sales Teams as well as with the Oribalt Group and to ensure elaboration and effective implementation of haematology products strategic and launch plans;
  • promote opinion leader engagement and planning efforts to gather insights;
  • organize meetings (incl. virtual or phone meetings), round tables, discussion panels, etc. with KOL’s;
  • participate in national and international meetings of KOLs;
  • elaborate promotional materials and initiation of specific projects in plasma-derived and recombinant therapies field;
  • coordinate public tender participation;
Requirements:

A desired candidate should have background in sales and key account management in prescription pharmaceutical business.

The Company is looking for a self-driven and result oriented personality with positive attitude towards working with clients, advanced presentation and negotiation skills and experience in developing a network of key contacts in Healthcare.

Good knowledge of English and Russian is essential as well as a university degree, PC literacy, driving license and ability to travel.
