• Ensure smooth operation of the online shop, maintaining full functionality and uptime.
• Monitor and improve conversion rates based on branch feedback, resolving issues promptly.
• Manage website localization to meet Swiss market requirements.
• Create, schedule, and monitor B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns.
• Optimize online presence and maintain accurate company information.

• Experience in backend administration tasks, including creating new landing pages and updating links; proficient in CMS and Adobe IM tools
• Support for email marketing campaigns (B2B & B2C)
• Knowledge of SEO and SEA, ensuring website visibility and top rankings
• Fluent or native-level German
• Proficient in English for professional communication

Soft skills:

• Basic HTML knowledge for minor web edits and formatting
• Experience in market monitoring and competitive set analysis
