KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for local market data reporting including steering of data providers (Nielsen, Focus) and monitoring the respective data quality
- Analysis & insights of various operational areas that impact customer behavior (promotions, pricing, assortment, marketing campaigns, etc.) using internal DWH
- Report ownership and development according to user needs
- Proactively conducting & managing ad-hoc analyses across various data sources (Nielsen, Focus, internal DWH, CRM, etc.) and deriving insights & respective improvement measures and recommendations
- Evaluating and utilizing market research studies and survey findings in order to gain a clear picture of the image positioning of IKI in the country and understand shopper habits and behaviors. Presenting gained insights and drawing strategic recommendations
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in a company dealing with transactional data (retail, loyalty, banking, etc.) University degree in a scientific field
- Knowledge of SQL, MS Excel and data visualisation skills (e.g. PowerBI)
- Other programming languages (R, Python, etc.) a plus
- Analytical mindset
- Curious and passionate about data & analytics and actionable insights, wanting to understand the root causes of observations, able to independently find information, offer solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels and types of colleagues
