Junior Account Manager (China)

What you will do:
  • Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment – onboarding;
  • New Account ownership based on high-velocity account rotation (20-30 accounts per quarter);
  • Engage in day-to-day communications with owned accounts to ensure we are maximizing their experience - WeChat, email, firefighting, health check;
  • Identify and report upsell and cross-sell opportunities within owned accounts;
  • Keep up to date and supervise Salesforce data - status, opportunities, tasks, conversions, enrichment;
  • Sync and collab with other AMs & teams to learn best practices & work on overlapping tasks;
  • Meet with clients every once in a while.

  • What we expect:
  • Good written and verbal Mandarin language communication skills;
  • Very good English skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships;
  • Ability to identify account expansion opportunities;
  • Objection handling and negotiation skills;
  • Desire to expand the company’s influence in the Chinese market.

  • Gross salary 1300 - 2150 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
