KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing the standardized price comparisons (Weekly Price Comparison/RPI, Full Price Audit) and providing the output for international reports (incl. data quality checks). Additionally providing recommendation and changes of the prices to adhere to price policy
- Creating and reviewing promotions
- Drive automation initiatives by leveraging technology and process optimization to streamline manual tasks and improve overall productivity
- Working closely with Business departments across strategic pricing project to manage pricing structure
- Collaborating with Analytics and fostering know-how sharing within IKI and across REWE International companies
REQUIREMENTS
- University education in a strongly quantitative subject such as mathematics, computer science, software engineering, economics, physics, etc.
- Ideally already industry experience working as a Promo/Pricing Analyst for more than 2 years
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (is a plus, but not a requirement)
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytical thinking and data-based decision-making
- Takes ownership of tasks and projects, with a strong team player attitude
