Business Development Manager


Task information:

  • Research, identify and develop sales opportunities and long-term strategic relationships with new clients in English speaking countries (UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand) and few English speaking customers in Europe
  • Foster existing key accounts in above-mentioned countries and focus on their development and growth
  • Develop biggest clients, mature and settle newly won deals before passing them on to the account management team
  • Manage complex sales cycles and direct all aspects of a sales process from initial discovery through contract negotiations and closure
  • Ensure execution of customer strategies and company objectives


  • Similar job experience in B2B sales area with a proven sales record
  • Hunter’s attitude as well as to be able to seek new opportunities with existing clients
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Project management skills
  • PC literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and creative thinking
  • Good negotiations, analytical skills and to be goal-oriented, proactive
