Key Account Manager for Santa Maria (HoReCa, Convenience and Industry sector)


Task information:

  • This is a position responsible to implement and execute Paulig strategy for HoReCa, Convenience and Industry sector or OOH (Out Of Home) as we call it. Your main task will be to maintain and develop cooperation with our business customers and expand sales of Paulig Foods products and concepts for Santa Maria in Lithuania (
  • You will work closely with distributors and Key Accounts inspiring and developing business by providing foods concepts to end-users with main focus to food production companies. You will contribute to Baltics sales and marketing team with your sales expertise and market insights by visiting customers to build your own understanding of market and consumer behaviour.


  • Sales or Account management experience desirably gained in food business (FMCG, HoReCa, Foodservice, Food production or similar)
  • Knowledge of distributor management would be an advantage
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • University degree
  • Excellent Lithuanian and very good English in speech and writing
  • Driver licence
