Senior Sales Executive

Task information:

In this position you will have a full freedom of setting up your own sales strategy as well as identifying, approaching and building trustworthy relationships with your future clients - large international companies. You will be consulting companies on the benefits and opportunities of using Interactio’s  best in the world multilingual meetings solution. It is an exciting high-impact role where your achievements  will be measured by the number of new companies on board. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • Analyse market trends and select target markets / target companies; 
  • Develop tailor-made sales action plans, best fitting to your target; 
  • Proactively approach representatives of target companies (call, mail, conference, fly to New York for a cup of coffee with a client, you name it..);
  • Employ best practises of consultative selling - build trust by creating value to the client; 
  • Become a Subject-matter expert in Simultaneous Interpretation for online and on-site events.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years experience in B2B Sales, management consulting or business development; 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and actively listen; 
  • Confidence in proactive approach of new clients; 
  • Strong research and analytical skills, IT literacy; 
  • Proficiency in English (work proficiency of any second language, such as Spanish or French, would be beneficial).
