Area of competence:

Food production, Management, Sales management

Task information:

  • Being a member of our IMCD Nordic Food & Nutrition Team, you will be in charge of Food ingredients and flavour sales business to the Baltic Food Industry. (www.imcdgroup.com/business-groups/food-nutrition).
  • Your responsibility will be to set up go-to-market strategy in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, develop and run daily sales operations, develop and support relationships with current and potential customers and foreign suppliers, promote existing and new products, identify the key opportunities and accounts.

Requirements:

  • A desired candidate ideally comes from an organization selling additives or ingredients to the Food industry
  • Good knowledge of technical B2B ingredient and or chemicals’ sales;
  • Experience in developing sales and network of key contacts in production area is required;
  • Self-driven, very independent and sales oriented personality with positive attitude towards working with clients and partners;
  • Presentation and negotiation skills;
  • University degree (desirably in chemistry / food chemistry / food technology etc.) or good knowledge of Food industry specifics;
  • Fluent Lithuanian and very good English;
  • Ability and willingness to travel in Baltics.
