The opportunity
We are looking for a Baltic HR (Talent) Leader, who will be responsible for providing strategic advice and act as a trusted business advisor to the business on all talent matters that contribute to business strategy and objectives for a specific country. You will be responsible for working closely with the business to deliver the talent agenda and help meet company’s growth objectives. You will work hands on and ensure effective and timely delivery of HR services to the business by Baltic HR team within the Baltic countries.

The position is a strategic, however also very hands on on a daily basis. You will have full responsibility for development, implementation and leadership of HR strategy, structure, systems and processes. As a Baltic HR Leader, you will act as a strategic partner to the Baltic leadership team and drive changes needed. Baltic HR team can initiate and implement local initiatives, however the team has to ensure EY Baltic HR agenda is fully aligned with the Regional and Global EY policies and practices.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Develop, design and implement Baltic HR strategy to ensure EY Baltics attracts and retains the right Talent
  • Act as a member of the EY Baltics leadership team, contribute to the achievement of EY Baltic strategic goals
  • Lead Baltic HR team by ensuring the right competency mix and operational model of the team, coaching and mentoring members of the team
  • Act as a trusted business advisor on people topics, be ready to drive complex people and change projects hands on
  • Drive implementation of various global, regional and local initiatives covering all HR areas, work hands on on a daily basis
  • Ensure compliance of HR agenda with the statutory and labor law requirements
  • Contribute to the back-office management agenda by ensuring effective HR team cooperation with the other back-office functions

Skills and attributes for success
You have a strong personality being able to present your own ideas and opinions with strong arguments, able to influence and communicate, able to facilitate, lead change and implement structure as needed. Being proactive and structured, well balanced, open and flexible personality, you are a great team player, able to work co-operatively with others & build effective relationships. You are smart, ambitious, stress resilient and have “get things done” approach.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management position in the international environment
  • Strong complex stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent understanding of business processes
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English

Salary: 6000 - 7500 EUR gross
