Internship in Recruitment (TAG) team
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Learn how to find and attract best people for various positions, from Finance to IT
- Participate in briefing calls with the hiring teams, posting jobs, screening resumes, and interview support
- Learn what key ingredients for successful phone interview are
- Source candidates from job boards, internal database, referrals
- Participation in career days and other branding activities
- Improve your English language on a daily basis
- Additional Ad hoc requests
- Fluency in English and Lithuania
- Can dedicate 2-3 months of your time
- Have interest in Recruitment and Technology
- Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communications skills
- Can do attitude and ability to thrive in a lively atmosphere
