Your next big challenge
As L&D Intern, you will be closely working with our Learning Team and local Telia Lithuania HR Team, other internal units. You will support ongoing and new learning projects and processes. You will have opportunity to experience work with external partners. Also, you will:
Assist the team with Learning project needs
Prepare internal communication of Learning related topics
Learn the process of training organization
Collaborate with internal facilitators as well as external training suppliers
Who you are?
You are at least the second-year university student
You have good communication and writing skills in both Lithuanian and English
You are proactive, innovative and a strong team player
You have good interpersonal skills and dynamic, proactive approach to work
You have attention to detail
