What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement learning strategies, based on current employee needs & required future competencies;
  • Collaborate with managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to create training programs that are aligned with the organizational goals;
  • Review individual and organizational development needs, help to define the required future skills & competencies;
  • Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide;
  • Organize & facilitate learning courses٫ workshops and other trainings;
  • Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
  • Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts;
  • Ensure timely & convenient communication about the learning opportunities and tools.

  • What We Expect:
  • At least 2 years experience of working as L&D Manager٫ Training Manager or other relevant position;
  • Significant experience with effective learning and development methods;
  • Good knowledge of learning platforms and practices;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors;
  • Ability to navigate in a hyper-growing and complex organization;
  • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making;
  • A person who has a hunger for knowledge;
  • Savage sense of humor.

  • Gross salary 2400-3500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
