What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate with Oxylabs Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers;
  • Develop and implement a sourcing strategy;
  • Create and maintain talent pools and pipelines for hiring needs;
  • Drive communication with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Github, etc.);
  • Ensure that the compatible candidates are identified and clearly presented to the recruiter or hiring manager;
  • Supervise the maintenance of candidate databases and job ads;
  • Ensure excellent candidate experiences during the recruitment process;
  • Track and analyze sourcing data and report on performance;
  • Conduct market researches;
  • Work on improving sourcing processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication & relationship-building skills;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality;
  • Tech-savviness;
  • Passion for testing new opportunities and the desire to think out of the box;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English;
  • Prior sourcing experience would be a huge advantage.
