- To collaborate with team leads or other hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements for specific positions;
- To ensure successful recruitment process (mostly in developers’ teams);
- Communicate with recruitment agency regarding additional IT roles recruitment processes
- 2+ years of experience in IT positions recruitment;
- Knowledge of working in candidates driven market;
- Ability to prioritize own workload and manage time;
- “I can do” attitude;
- Good English language skills.
