Production Quality and Process Team Leader

• supervision of medical device assembly according to instructions;
• completion of production documentation and protocols;
• communication with suppliers;
• organization, development, and motivation of the team;
• providing and implementing suggestions related to work optimization and process
• efficiency improvement;
• problem-solving and situation analysis.

• strong experience as an engineer/designer or in a similar role;
• a degree in engineering;
• experience working with design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks);
• strong English skills (at the B2–C1 level);
• experience in team management or strong leadership qualities.

Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (with the possibility to work in a hybrid model)
