Role Overview: As a Channel Marketing Manager, you’ll drive our marketing efforts, collaborating with channel stakeholders and technology vendors to create impactful campaigns. Your role will enhance lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with global cybersecurity vendors and Baltic IT channel partners.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns using digital and traditional channels (webinars, content, email, web, paid ads, social media, trade shows, events).
Collaborate with sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and the sales funnel.
Lead the annual partner conference, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Manage communication channels (social media, e-newsletters, website) with compelling messages.
Identify growth opportunities and leverage marketing channels to achieve business goals.
Work with freelancers and agencies to maintain external partnerships.
Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies in social media and marketing tools.

Requirements:

Proven success in managing marketing campaigns.
Proactive with strong ownership.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in project management and organizing events/webinars.
Creative mindset and effective cross-functional communication.
Enthusiastic about experimentation and learning.
Proficient in creating online assets (e.g., WordPress).
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, sales, business, or IT.
Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
