We are welcoming a Customer Lifecycle Communication Manager, responsible for forming and implementing a long-term strategy for omnichannel customer communication focused on customer experience. Structuring a clear future vision for customer engagement, introducing changes to ways-of-working, ensuring development team’s timely deployment. You will be working in a cross-functional team of business management, analytics, IT development, marketing, martech, and sales.

Joining Telia as Customer Lifecycle Communication Manager, you will not only form the new way Telia communicates with customers, but most importantly – will be instrumental to strengthen Telia’s position as the only truly customer-focused operator.

Responsibilities:

  • Form the future of Telia Lietuva customer omnichannel communication
  • Initiate and moderate discussions with segment (service) and category (equipment) managers to formulate communication rules and strategy and to execute it
  • Analyze and find the truth in customer insights and data. Prioritize commercial communication based on historical results
  • Set up an operating model for running a martech team (with the goal of ultimately running that team)
  • Design premium customer experience: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test. Repeat consistently. Document your findings and spread the knowledge
  • Create user stories for development team. Track delivery
  • Moderate discussions between IT and cross-functional teams that are involved
  • Track, solve, and communicate problems and queries to involved parties.

Is this you?

  • 2+ years of experience in martech, software development, project management, product management, business development, or digital customer experience preferably in a large or international organization
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management
  • Great problem structuring and problem-solving skills
  • Solid written and spoken English
  • Degree in business, telecommunications, IT, or related field.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 3000-3800 eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
