We need a Growth Hacker who knows that maximizing revenue means total dedication to our clients’ needs.

You’ll take the lead on this so it goes without saying that you need to be sharp, innovative, and truly data-driven. If you think that you’re the perfect hire, you need to demonstrate you can be both creative and analytical in the same breath.

You understand that growth is a mindset and that’s why you’re not afraid to stretch the boundaries of what other people think is possible when you’re creating, implementing, and managing our marketing strategies here at Zyro.

We have big, audacious business goals. We know we’re going places because we’ve got the product to back it up, the question is: are you ready to take us there?

What will you do:
  • Launch creative, low-cost initiatives to help businesses acquire and retain customers
  • Follow worldwide trends and execute viral strategies
  • Find low hanging fruits in awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral funnel
  • Develop testing and traction channels
  • Maintain a data-driven culture in our company
  • Define product/market fit, target segments, and WOW moments
  • Almost forgot to say…test and learn. Lots of testing and learning

What we expect:
  • A proven track record of successful growth strategies
  • Understanding of trends, best practices, audience preferences, and existing industry content
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  • Growth mindset: embracing learning through the use of high quality, well thought out experimentation using key growth metrics
  • Hunger for knowledge and a passion for digital disruption
  • Strength in analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment
  • Understanding of SaaS revenue generation and how SaaS businesses are grown and measured
  • Ability to understand and communicate ideas on various cross-functional subjects including, but not limited to machine learning (AI), payments, or SaaS products

Net salary starting at 2000 EUR/month. Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
