Task information:

• Own the new video channel and take responsibility for KPI delivery;
• Form channel growth and content strategy;
• Provide clear video briefs for the production team;
• Dig deep into market and trends analysis;
• Build a project team.
• What we aim to do is inspired by YouTube Channels: Cocomelon - Nursery Rhymes, Baby Zoo - Kids Songs, Super Simple Songs - Kids Songs.

Requirements:

• Ability to generate ideas for engaging video content based on market trends;
• Creative approach and ability to make informed decisions backed up by data;
• Deep knowledge of social networks (Facebook, YouTube, etc.);
• A strong desire to develop this project from the beginning;
• Strong leadership ability to manage a team;
• Experience in digital marketing or video production field (a combination of both is perfect);
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
