Responsibilities:
- Identify & execute on business opportunities for our products in Oncology/Hematology
- Development of the marketing/commercial strategy, including digital communication strategy and assets
- Collect market insights, prepare, implement and monitor an action plan for key projects
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. lead clinicians, patient advocacy groups, industry associations)
- Follow-up of stakeholder analysis ensuring developing understanding of customer needs
- Map patient-care pathway and identify key leverage points to optimize care/patient access
- Follow-up of productivity and impact of patient-care pathway solutions
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong background and experience in the industry gained working in healthcare product sales/marketing position and promoting pharmaceutical products and solutions
- Experience / good knowledge about pharma marketing (digital), key account and brand management
- Demonstrated track record of introduction of new healthcare products
- Knowledge of national Health Care strategy and decision makers, structure and funding/patient pathways in hospital business
- Good planning, execution, and project management skills
- Result orientation, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English language skills
Preferred Requirements:
- University Degree in a Life Sciences/Health discipline (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, etc.)
- Pharmacist practice license would be a huge plus
- Knowledge of Oncology/Hematology product would be an advantage as well as experience in the field as Key Account Manager / Sales Representative
