• Key Responsibilies
• Proacvely lead projects executioon for European markets, focusing to Scandinavian markets
• especially.
• Lead the team, keep very good motiivatioon and planning through the project stages, plan the works, resources for team to bring project to agreed deadlines and quality requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate the works with stakeholders involved in project, with clients, designers and head office.
• Understanding project and client needs, set high standard to execution team and deliver project with head office agreed standard to the clients, providing unprecedented quality, health and safety, and technological process.
• Manage and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements:

• Requirements
• Hold a higher education degree in structural or civil engineering.
• Work experience in projects management or structural engineer position with a track record in meeting and exceeding projects completion.
• Strong ability to read drawings, and understand execution specifics and technology.
• Experience in leading a team and / or coaching junior team members, strong people engagement and development skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Have excellent communication skills, a confident and outgoing personality, great time planning and open to the changing environment, great at finding solutions at day to day business, foreseeing future obstacles in project flow and alerting them to management.
• Flexible and happy to travel when required
