Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)

Task information:

• Develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and procedures
• Oversee AML, KYC, and risk management frameworks
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting
• Lead the compliance team and provide strategic guidance
• Be the interface to other functions e.g. sales, marketing, customer success, and development team to educate colleagues on compliance requirements and make sure they are integrated into our operations
• Stay up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations that may impact the organization's operations

Requirements:

• Proven at least 5+ years of experience in compliance, or risk management roles
• Must be a citizen of the European Union
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, such as MICA
• Experience in regulatory reporting and liaising with authorities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English
• Bachelor's/Masters's degree in law, business or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
