As our new Senior Legal Counsel, you will:

The new Senior Legal Counsel will be a part of the Financial Products & Partnerships Legal Team and will:

  • Help to structure and expand kevin. products that are compliant with PSD2 and other legal acts.
  • Be an integral part of the product and commercial teams and negotiate contract details with the biggest PSPs, marketplaces etc., within EEA market.
  • Evaluate new kevin. products from a legal perspective and be a decision maker whether new kevin. products are compliant with PSD2 and other legal acts.
  • Evaluate possible cooperation models with PSPs, marketplaces etc., to ensure that kevin. adapts to client needs and is known as a reliable service provider.
  • Be responsible for improving kevin. services agreement to make them a top-legal document, which ensures a flawless signing process.
  • Undertake a hands-on role to handle complex legal matters.

What you need to be successful:

  • 5+ years' of experience in business related legal work.
  • 3+ years' of experience of working in a Fintech company.
  • Master's degree in Law.
  • Proven experience in the payments industry (legal regulation and commercial practices).
  • Being proactive in identifying organisational needs, a self-starter, with a desire to work in a fast-paced start up environment.
  • Excellent organisational problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (both spoken & written).
