Finance Project Lead
I am Polina Rys and I am leading Finance Control Team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.
Currently I am looking for a Finance Project Lead to lead profitability methodology development and model implementation project based on Activity Based Costing (ABC) methodology. In this exciting role, you will take the lead putting in place consistent automatized profitability model, which will bring visibility and enable informed business decisions to maximize value creation for the company.

- Lead existing profitability model analysis, gap to to-be state evaluation
- Communicate with external consultants and coordinate their work
- Create (in cooperation with consultants) new methodology blueprint
- Implement renewed Activity Based Costing (ABC) calculation automation solution (business requirements, cooperation with IT)
- Ensure process changes
- Report change progress and results

You are a person who has a broad finance perspective as well as business understanding. You are able to drive change with high customer and quality focus. You enjoy teamwork, dynamic and challenging job environment, possess eagerness to deliver the best results.
- Engaged team member with high degree of professionalism and leadership
- Open to different views, backgrounds and personalities
- Open for challenges and new learnings
- Advanced knowledge in accounting and reporting
- Have 4+ years of relevant work experience including change and project management
- Have experience to operate effectively in a large, complex, matrix organizational structure
- Have experience working with Activity Based Costing (ABC) methodology
- Excellent communication skills with people, the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the company and the staff in the distance
- Very good English language skills
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar

Working in this position you will work with external job contract (which would be signed with our employment services provider). Your monthly salary would be in the range of 2600 – 3900 EUR gross (this is a reference range; exact salary will depend on your competences).
