Head of Experience Management / Agile Transformation lead
My name is Vladislav Grablevskij and I am leading Enterprise Services within Telia Company IT Group organization. We are 400+ IT Unit serving 6 markets in Nordic&Baltic.
I am currently looking for a Lead Agile Coach with proven track record of large-scale agile implementation on enterprise level (SAFe/LeSS/DaD etc). This position is in Telia Global Services Lithuania. Telia Global Services Lithuania is the competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, network, analytics, procurement, HR and finance operations.

Your main tasks:
Plan and lead the implementation of large-scale agile delivery model, cooperating with others Agile Coaches, Value Stream Owners, Release Train Engineers, DevOps Team Leads and other executive stakeholders
Develop and align step-by-step Agile Roadmap to cover Bottom-up team level, including strategic IT partner
Develop and align step-by-step Agile Roadmap to cover Top-Down Lean Portfolio level, including change management activities
Promote business Value Realization mind-set and technics
Cooperate and lead both IT teams and Stakeholder ecosystem while inspiring Product Management and Product Owner to adopt Lean and Agile technics
Develop and implement integrated KPIs to reflect adoption trend, identify continuous improvement areas
Contribute to training and certification program leaders for agile teams and stakeholders
Your skills, experience and mindset:
Proven track record of similar change implementation
Strong sense of ownership and self-drive attitude
Subject Matter Expert on Lean Agile methodology (SPC certification is a plus)
Experience in leading in matrix on global scale
Leadership experience with virtual teams ideally in a multinational company
Experience in building agile mindset and culture on different organizational levels

We offer a monthly base salary from 5 110 Eur (gross) to 7 665 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia Global Services Lithuania employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
