Project management Officer

Area of competence:

Task information:

• Contribute for projects management office establishment by creating and maintaining PMO policies, processes and relevant infrastructure
• Ensure all projects are executed according to PMO policies and routines for project’s creation, development and execution as well as proper documentation is in place during different stages
• Initiate and run structured and regular communication of overall projects status and updates for relevant stakeholders
• Oversee overall projects risks and problems, inform relevant stakeholders and initiate mitigating actions
• Monitor and manage relationships and timely feedback from projects managers, running projects for Yara Supply chain services
• Continuously evaluate projects status to ensure they are meeting standards, deadlines, scope and initiate escalations when needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years working experience as project management officer, project coordinator or any similar role in project management area
• Degree, preferably Bachelor, within Business Administration/Engineering/Computer Science
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
• Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education
• MS office package skills
• Excellent English (fluent written and spoken) communication skills
