ONSHORE SUB-PACKAGE MANAGER FOR OFFSHORE WIND FARM (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:
- Delivery of the offshore wind farm onshore export cable (EC) and onshore substation design, supply, installation and commissioning
- Lead the EC tender process and ensure EC interfaces & deliverables are developed
- Coordinate the day-to-day interaction with third parties, contractors to ensure adherence with the HSS, environment, quality, scope, budget, technical requirements, and time schedule
- Support development of business case with EC and substation inputs to the Devex, Capex, and Opex
- Ensure development of relevant Employer’s Requirements, specifications, design and technical documents for the sub-package
- Project reporting and development of relevant processes and procedures.
Required for this position:
- Have Electrical/ Structural or similar Master Engineer / Bachelor Engineer
- Have experience working for an energy developer, transmission system operator or contractor performing the role of an Onshore Export cable and substation Package Manager
- Experienced in design/testing/planning/installation activities of export cable and HV electrical primary equipment
- Have experience in ITT documents preparation for EPC(I) contract, good negotiation skills and strategy for suppliers evaluation
- Have high level of competency in contract management, claims management as well as negotiation techniques
- Are able to recognise a problem or conflict, explore potential approaches, and evaluate the solutions leading to a recommendation for the most effective course of action.

Salary range for this position group is 4651 to 6976 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
