Accounting Team Lead

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and support team members with daily, monthly, and quarterly tasks and challenges;
• Improve accounting workflows and drive continuous process improvements;
• Ensure monthly and annual financial results accurately reflect business operations and activities;
• Prepare financial statements, support the team throughout the process, and liaise with external auditors;
• Perform other position-related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant field
• Experience in a Senior or Chief Accountant role, with experience in leading a team and delegating tasks
• Experience in preparing financial statements under Lithuanian GAAP (VAS) and IFRS
• Strong ability to prioritize, adapt when needed, and consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Good understanding of English, both written and spoken
• Fluency in Lithuanian, both written and spoken

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Previous experience in a technology-driven or tech-related environment
