Associate - Relationship Management (French speaker)

The Associate, Relationship Management works closely with experienced Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue in assigned regions and lines of business across the EMEA region.

• Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region, providing crucial sales support to ensure premium customer service delivery
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and support with meeting follow-ups; complete sales process administration in Salesforce
• Conduct research and market intelligence to support business development activities
• Support promotion of Moody's offerings and thought leadership in the sustainable finance market and other evolving risk areas
• Provide event and conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
• Engage directly with customers and work closely with key internal stakeholders including Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, and Billing and Collections teams
• Actively contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives and campaigns
• Support and train other team members and new joiners

The Relationship Management Associate team is part of the Relationship Management team within Commercial, operating from both Vilnius and London. This dynamic team collaborates closely with Relationship Managers spread across the EMEA region. The Relationship Management Associates team not only enhances the efficiency of the Relationship Managers but also gains the unique opportunity to work directly with customers, engage with different business lines, and contribute to internal projects. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
• Minimum of undergraduate or first level degree, or equivalent
