Backend Engineer, PHP

You’ll join a cross-functional team of 5–10 people spanning design, backend, frontend, mobile, and data, supported by a dedicated platform engineering team. We move fast, experiment often, and build for a growing community of active users.

• Help shape how the team works and the technology we build.
• Tackle real challenges in scale, performance, reliability, trust, and safety while having the ownership to make a real technical impact.

• You have 8+ years of backend engineering experience, with hands-on experience building and scaling distributed systems and strong expertise in PHP and Symfony.
• You are a quick problem solver who takes ownership

• You are familiar with common patterns like CQRS, circuit breaking, and service orchestration
• You can effectively contribute to architectural discussions.
• You are product-minded and always thinking about the end-user impact
