Business Operations Manager

As Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the PUDO point lifecycle - acquisition, deployment, activation, finance and partner support processes run smoothly - using automation and well-structured data to enable fast, reliable scaling.

You’ll be part of the Business Operations Excellence function, working at the intersection of Sales, Deployment, Maintenance, Network Performance, Operations, Finance, Product and Partner Support. The team’s mission is to build and maintain the systems, integrations, and cross-functional workflows that keep the full point lifecycle running efficiently. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across these teams and act as a key owner of process design and system reliability.

• Lead technical maintenance and optimization of HubSpot (incl. workflows, automation, data structure), including other business development-related tooling, such as Zapier, DocuSign, Huboo, FROGED, etc.;
• Build up automated flows and integrations between systems, using Python, webhooks, and APIs to improve speed and quality in PUDO point lifecycle processes;
• Monitor system performance and integration health, proactively resolving issues and preventing process bottlenecks;
• Maintain and continuously improve the internal knowledge base, ensuring key operational processes and automations are clearly documented, up to date, and easy for teams to use;
• Work with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and document processes such as point churn and point billing,

• Have experience with CRM operations (ideally HubSpot) and building automation within sales/ops workflows;
• Have a strong understanding of data architecture, process design, and systems integrations;
• Good at translating operational and business needs into scalable, automated solutions, with clear documentation;
• Care deeply about reliability, structure, and continuous improvement in cross-team processes;
• Excellent written and spoken English;

Nice to have

• Advantage: comfortable with Python, APIs, and webhooks;
• Advantage: familiarity with operational tooling around automation (Zapier, Workato) / sales (Aircall, Hubspot) / pudo logistics (Huboo, Getbyrd) / partner support (ServiceNow) processes.
