• Own and manage the entire experimentation lifecycle end-to-end: from idea intake and prioritization to launch, analysis, and documentation
• Act as the project manager for experimentation initiatives: shape hypotheses, define scope and timelines, manage dependencies across teams, and identify and mitigate
• Monitor and interpret performance metrics, translating qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights to improve the conversion funnel
• Dig deeper into user needs and pain points, collaborating with the research team to validate hypotheses
• Establish a conversion optimisation roadmap based on potential impact
• Create structured documentation for the experiment pipeline, results, learnings, and next steps to support stakeholders and leadership in decision-making

• 2+ years of experience in CRO, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven marketing environment
• A data-driven mindset with strong knowledge of A/B testing: sample sizes, statistical significance, marketing funnels, and commercial value
• Strong project management skills: proven ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver initiatives in cross-functional environments
• Familiarity with A/B testing, CMS, and related tools (GrowthBook, Optimizely, Strapi, Storyblok, Figma, Looker)
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to propose and execute ideas
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
