Job description:
- Collect and combine monthly data, preparing country-level overviews and performance reports
- Present key findings clearly to internal stakeholders; ensure accuracy of data before submission to the Board and Purchasing Department
- Conduct product performance analysis and consolidate insights into category management
- Monitor and follow up on customer feedback (surveys, Lidl Plus website, Google reviews, store ratings) and prepare reports for store management
- Manage and analyze Mystery Shopping results, providing actionable recommendations to improve customer service
- Act as a go-to contact for customer-related insights, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and behavior
- Conduct additional research when internal data does not provide sufficient answers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in category management or working with business analytics data
- Proven team leadership experience – able to handle feedback constructively, demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and remain calm under pressure
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to draw insights and support decision-making
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with email services principles and troubleshooting common issues
