As Financial Business Partner, you'll sit in finance but work across the whole company - embedded with department heads, asking the right questions, and turning what you find into stories people can actually act on.Curious to learn more? Meet your future Team Lead: Indrė Beloglavkė, Head of FinanceYour day-to-dayYou'll be embedded with teams across the business - understanding what's driving performance, spotting trends early, and helping identify areas for growth. You own the numbers for your areas, which means owning the insight quality too: not just reporting what happened, but explaining why and turning insights into business recommendations.Day-to-day that looks like building financial models and business cases, running ad-hoc analyses on unit economics and scenarios, and contributing to forecasts and budgets built bottom-up with the teams who own them. Over time, you become the finance partner that leadership, the board, and investors rely on.

• 5+ years in FP&A, business partnering, or a similar analytical role.
• Hands-on with financial models and business cases.
• You don’t need to be an expert, but having basic SQL knowledge or a strong motivation to learn is important.

• Familiarity with unit economics - MRR, LTV, ROAS, retention, contribution margin - is a bonus.
