We're building the future of digital freedom across our cybersecurity suite products, such as NordVPN, Saily, Coveron & NordPass. We are helping millions of users own their online lives.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help further shape Nord Security products. If you're passionate about design, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love collaborating with a diverse team, keep reading.

Main responsibilities

• Focusing on one of Nord Security9s products (defined during the hiring process based on the best mutual fit) and occasional collaboration across the wider product portfolio or initiatives.
• Developing innovative and compelling design concepts for campaigns and top-tier marketing projects.
• Designing a variety of creative assets for different marketing channels: website, video, social media, blog, mobile marketing, etc.
• Partnering with cross-functional teamsproject managers, stakeholders, country managers, designers, copywriters, and design leadersto bring ideas to life.
• Ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards.
• Staying on top of design trends, bringing fresh ideas to maintain a cutting-edge brand presence.
• Contributing to the visual and creative direction by brainstorming, problem-solving, and pitching new concepts.
• Taking ownership of projects: managing feedback, balancing stakeholder needs, and delivering on time.
• Mentoring and inspiring other designers on the team, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity.

• 4+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Familiarity with integrating AI image generative tools into your creative process to innovate and streamline workflows.
• A passion for design with an eagle eye for detailyou dont miss a pixel.
• A collaborative mindsetyou thrive as part of a team, offering support and sharing ideas.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain and defend your design decisions.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Experience in working with and enhancing photographs, including photo editing and compositing skills.
• Experience in producing high-quality illustrations to complement visual storytelling.
• Understanding 3D visualization to push the boundaries of our visuals and bring would be a big plus.
