Job description:
Source is an ecosystem of independent technology companies behind responsible access to web data. Source works behind the scenes, providing shared standards and dedicated support that help each company grow. The culture follows the same idea: colleagues work across the ecosystem, share what they know, and hold a high bar, so a good idea in one place can create an advantage everywhere.
- Define, launch and run our communications strategy to establish Source.ai as a recognised tech powerhouse name across Lithuania's and international markets.
- Shape and own the category narrative for web data infrastructure in the AI era, and build it into a compelling equity story for investors, media and partners. Support investor materials, transactions and capital markets communications with the CEO and CFO.
- Act as the communications hub for companies in the Source ecosystem. Align narratives and announcement calendars with group company comms/PR teams, share best practices, playbooks and agency resources, and make sure the group speaks with one voice when needed.
- Build relationships with tier-1 tech, business, investor and local media both internationally and locally. Pitch stories, manage inbound requests and prepare executives for interviews and speaking slots.
- Partner closely with Legal and Risk teams to build crisis playbooks, conduct media training, and serve as the core advisor during high-stakes corporate moments.
- Turn our C-suite into recognised industry voices through ghostwriting, op-eds, podcast appearances, keynote speaking opportunities, and executive social strategy.
- Select, onboard, and lead local and global PR/comms agency partners, tracking measurable impact, sentiment, and share of voice.
- Measure results (coverage quality, share of voice, sentiment, reach, pipeline or hiring impact) and report them to leadership.
- Hire, coach and develop the communications team.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Communications, PR or Corporate Affairs, including 2+ years leading the function.
- 2+ years of direct team management experience.
- Demonstrated success building, repositioning, or launching a corporate brand from the ground up.
- A record of building media relationships and securing high-quality coverage in international and Lithuanian outlets.
- Experience handling crises and sensitive topics.
- A strategic mindset and strong hands-on execution.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and giving direct advice.
- A data-driven approach and comfort using AI tools in your workflow.
