IT Administrator (Windows)

We are looking for an IT Administrator (Windows) to join our Technology team. You will ensure the stability, security, and efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

Every day, you'll be #closer and:

• Administer the organization's servers and other IT systems.
• Perform network configuration tasks and ensure smooth network connectivity.
• Plan and execute operating system (OS) and software updates.
• Ensure smooth operation, reliability, and high availability of the IT infrastructure.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Supervise backup creation and data recovery processes.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance, proactively identify, and resolve incidents.
• Prepare, update, and manage IT infrastructure documentation.
• Collaborate with external service providers and internal employees.
• Actively participate in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.

• Practical experience in IT systems administration.
• Knowledge of network architecture and configuration (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and MS Azure cloud platform.
• Experience in OS update management and maintenance.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware).
• Knowledge of IT security principles, access management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze issues, make decisions, and work independently.
