Job description:

Manage strategic IT transformation adhering to the ERGO Baltics project management framework.
Create and manage detailed project plans and maintain accurate documentation.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality changes.
Identify, evaluate and manage constraints, dependencies, risks, and issues that may jeopardize project success
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Project Management in ERGO Baltics.

At least 5 years of experience in leading complex projects in IT, digital (e-com, self-service, web) transformations as an advantage.
Strong communication skills, experienced in cross functional team management, and excellent stakeholder management skills,
Excellence in structuring, visualizing and presenting complex information/ topics.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Whiteboard/ Miro, etc.
Strong communication skills, experienced in cross functional team management, and excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-level management.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is necessary, fluency in one of the Baltic languages is nice to have.
Higher education in Project Management and/or certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2 (or equivalent) are preferable.
