Job description:
- resolving IT incidents and user requests;
- escalating issues to suppliers and partners;
- working with internal systems;
- maintaining and supporting the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
- consulting and assisting users (colleagues) with IT-related questions.
Requirements:
- a foundation in IT – this can come from studies, courses, or self-learning. Experience is not required;
- the ability to work independently, solving tasks on your own first and turning to colleagues when necessary;
- fluency in English;
- strong communication skills across different people and departments.
