Your day-to-day:

• Give joy to our customers by solving their queries via live chat and email;
• Ensure excellent customer experience;
• Answer customers’ queries & provide reliable information;
• Interpret and finetune the customer success process & performance;
• Work alongside techies to understand IT business logic;
• Build and develop customer relationships that will turn clients into advocates.

• No previous experience required - we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian
• Ability to work full-time during evening shift (5:00 PM - 1:00 AM) in a hybrid working model
• Energy to move mountains together with your team
• Empathy and understanding - basically showing clients how important they are!
