MacOS Systems Administrator

We’re building a new digital bank from scratch — and creating a secure, modern workplace environment is a key part of it.

As a macOS Systems Administrator, you’ll help build and maintain a reliable macOS environment, covering device management, software deployment, security, and access management.

You’ll work closely with Information Security, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to ensure our macOS devices are secure, compliant, and ready to support the way we work.

Every day, you’ll be #closer and:

• Administer and maintain the organization’s macOS device fleet;
• Deploy, configure, and manage the MDM (device management) platform;
• Manage software deployment, updates, and device inventory;
• Ensure macOS devices comply with organizational security standards;
• Administer disk encryption and other endpoint security solutions;
• Maintain EDR/XDR operations on macOS devices and ensure log collection for SIEM systems;
• Collaborate with Information Security, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud System teams;
• Administer and improve user account and access management solutions;
• Analyze and resolve macOS, software, and user-related incidents;
• Prepare technical documentation and administration procedures, and participate in implementing security controls in line with DORA and organizational requirements.

• At least 2 years of experience in macOS system administration
• Hands-on experience with MDM (device management) solutions
• Strong understanding of macOS architecture, security features, and system administration
• Experience with software deployment and patch management
• Solid understanding of endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and DLP principles
• Experience working with cloud environments and user account and access management
• Responsibility, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration skills
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
