Job description:
- organising and overseeing office operations: ordering office supplies and maintaining order;
- managing parcels and mail;
- communicating with clients by phone;
- organising festive events;
- assisting the company manager and colleagues with day-to-day office activities;
- preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements:
- at least one year of similar work experience;
- presentation preparation skills;
- excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level);
- initiative and the ability to work independently when solving tasks.
