PR Manager
Job description:
Honeygain is a people-powered network where everyday users share unused bandwidth in exchange for compensation. It's built around consumers rather than businesses, shaping how it operates from the ground up. Inside, that same directness shows up as a culture of speed and real ownership, where small teams take ideas from concept to launch themselves.
As our Senior PR Manager, you will own the public voice of two closely connected products - one consumer, one B2B - built around the same idea: keeping AI connected to the real world through people-powered networks, in a category journalists approach with sharp questions. The narrative groundwork is in place, and there’s real room to shape it further and make it your own - taking the story into tier-one tech media, onto the podcasts AI decision-makers actually listen to, and into the minds of everyday users on one side and enterprise buyers on the other. These are young brands, giving you the freedom to build everything from scratch - from strategy to hands-on execution - and the reputation you create will become their foundation.
- Develop and execute international PR strategies to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and visibility across key markets.
- Manage existing PR agency partnerships and establish new relationships with external agencies, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Proactively pitch compelling stories to international Tier-1 tech and business media, building relationships with journalists and securing high-quality media coverage.
- Identify newsworthy opportunities, leverage emerging industry trends, and turn them into engaging stories for international audiences.
- Create and coordinate engaging PR content, including press releases, thought leadership articles, expert commentary, and media pitches.
- Expand PR presence beyond traditional media through podcasts, industry newsletters, conferences, and speaking opportunities.
- Monitor brand reputation, support crisis communications, and measure PR performance, connecting communication efforts to brand awareness and business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in international PR, corporate communications, or tech journalism (preferably in the tech industry).
- Strong media relations and proactive outreach skills, with the ability to identify relevant journalists, pitch stories, and build lasting relationships.
- Experience managing external PR agencies, freelancers, or other communications partners.
- Understanding of crisis communications, reactive PR, and brand reputation management.
- A strategic, results-driven mindset, with the ability to measure PR effectiveness and connect communications activities to broader business goals.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging, accessible content.
